Great customer service greeted at the door approached by a salesperson actually approached by two salespeople they asked what we were looking for I had kids with me they knew what they were looking for so I went with the kids to find what they liked however the service there was outstanding really enjoyed the visit thing

Store employees are pretty helpful. The store usually has a good selection of affordable shoes and if not, they usually have a coupon online to help out. I've yet to encounter a problem if I've had to return or exchange a product, which I've had to do a few times over the years. Store is well kept, and there's a small basketball game for kids to play with. Great store for sure.

Ashley at Shoe Carnival in Florence demonstrated outstanding customer service! She took the initiative to get my telephone number and offered to call me twice - first to inform me about my order status, and then again after the FedEx driver's delivery. When she called to let me know my order hadn't arrived, I visited the store, where both she and Samantha worked together diligently to search for footwear options. Their teamwork and Ashley's proactive communication were truly impressive. It's refreshing to encounter such attentive service. I highly recommend visiting this location - Ashley's commitment to keeping customers informed and both associates' dedication to helping really stands out!
